RESPONSIBLE FOR:
To instruct or coach groups or individuals in exercise activities and the fundamentals of sports. Demonstrate techniques and methods of participation. Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary to improve their skills.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least one (1) year of instructional experience in a wellness setting preferred.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
BLS Certification Required
Current nationally recognized personal training certification (ex. ACSM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc)
