RESPONSIBLE FOR: 
Providing occupational therapy for a designated group of patients, including evaluations, modalities, and treatments. Responsible for the care of patients treated by certified occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers.

• John B. Amos Cancer Center • Gateway Road Physical Therapy Clinic (Outpatient PT) one on one treatment sessions in outpatient settings. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor?s degree in occupational therapy

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
New Graduates of Occupational Therapy program eligible

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current GA License as Occupational Therapist or current compact privileges in Georgia.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS through AHA required
