Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
To oversee and manage the functions of the hospital Auxiliary, including volunteer services and Auxiliary-based fundraising activities, while supporting both hospital and Auxiliary goals and objectives. To serve as a liaison between the Auxiliary board and hospital management/staff.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School graduate or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in a non-profit or healthcare environment. Must have demonstrated experience working with the public. Leadership training and accounting practices a plus.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree within non-profit, healthcare, or social services field of study preferred. Experience in volunteer management, retail/gift shop setting, and program management is preferred.
