Tuition reimbursement for nursing programs

Lead with excellence in a fast-paced, specialized cardiac care environment. As a Cardiac Telemetry Charge Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in coordinating the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the clinical and operational success of the unit. The Charge Nurse oversees patient care activities and shift operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and exceptional care for patients across the lifespan. In partnership with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members, this role promotes clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and positive patient outcomes. The Charge Nurse serves as a frontline leader, resource, and mentor to the nursing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, and professional growth.

This position is ideal for experienced Telemetry, Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Cardiac nurses who are passionate about leadership, mentoring staff, and advancing cardiovascular patient care

Requirements:

• Must have graduated from a nursing program. .
• One (1) Year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS and ACLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
