This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must be based in or near Atlanta and able to attend in-person meetings at our Atlantic Station office approximately once every two weeks. Additional on-site presence may be required for key meetings, strategy sessions, design collaborations, and practice site visits.
This role will lead enterprise-wide Template Optimization and Guided Scheduling initiatives, helping shape the future of access, capacity management, and scheduling across the Physician Enterprise. We are seeking a curious, self-directed leader who thrives in ambiguity, challenges existing assumptions, and can independently drive complex optimization efforts from strategy through to implementation. The ideal candidate brings experience leading large-scale scheduling, template optimization, access, or operational transformation initiatives and is comfortable influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and deriving meaningful culture change across a diverse organization. This is an opportunity to help redesign how access is delivered across the Physician Enterprise – not simply manage what exists today. We are looking for someone who is energized by solving complex problems, rethinking traditional approaches, and turning innovative ideas into sustainable operational change.
