Responsibilities

Develops and implements programs and efforts needed to support a comprehensive quality management and process improvement program for emerging and/or established service line. Prioritizes patient safety efforts and quality of care strategies to improve patient outcomes. Aligns efforts between service line functions, entity needs, and PHC safety and quality. Maintains current knowledge of requirements related to CMS Conditions of Participation, State Regulations, and other internal and external regulatory needs.

Qualifications

Education
  • Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or health related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5 years of experience in home healthcare operations management, OASIS accuracy and education, quality/safety, and/or performance improvement Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
  • Current COS-C or completion within 30 days of position effective date within 30 Days Required
