Piedmont Macon Medical is a 310-bed facility providing 24-hour emergency rooms, inpatient and outpatient surgery options, maternity services and heart care. Provide Psychiatric and/or Chemical Dependency counseling services to the patients admitted to Coliseum Center for Behavioral Health inpatient units.

Education

• Master’s Degree Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, either inpatient or outpatient /partial hospital setting addressing both psychiatric and chemical dependency issues with clients. A minimum of two years of supervised experience in psychiatric setting or addictive disease treatment setting Required or
• 3 years of continuous active recovery in twelve step program Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Professional certification and/or licensure as LCSW; LMSW; LMFT; LPC or actively pursuing such certification and/or licensure with projected completion within 2.5 years of hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification Upon Hire Required and
• CPI certification within 90 Days Required
