Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the ITSM Knowledge Management system and delivering user training to ensure the adoption and effective use of the platform. This role requires expertise in knowledge management, best practices, training delivery, and ITSM functionality, with a focus on enabling users and administrators to maximize the value of the platform and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Communications, Education, or Business) Required or
  • In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required
Work Experience
  • 3 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, training development, training delivery, with a focus on enterprise IT systems and service desk operations Required or
  • In lieu of degree a total of seven (7) years of experience required Required
  • Experience with ITSM Knowledge Management and related modules Required
  • Previous experience using or implementing ITSM knowledge management modules and capabilities Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies Preferred
  • ITIL certification or additional ITSM certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM) Preferred
