Responsibilities
Planning, implementing and monitoring all activities related to Transport Services. Monitors and manages all day-to-day operations of the department, including human resource management, workload prioritization, cost management, and equipment optimization. Creates a highly efficient, accountable, and collaborative team environment with staff and with customers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies
Qualifications
Education- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Work Experience- 3 years of patient transport experience Required or
- 5 years experience working in a healthcare setting Required
- Supervisory experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Upon Hire Required
- EPIC and Lean Process certification Preferred
