Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human
resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change
management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Serves as part of a
collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of
PHC. Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent,
adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.

Education

• Associate’s Degree or the equivalent in area of specialty Required


• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years clinical experience Required and


• 3 years management or supervisory Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Current licensure/certification in required profession (RN, RCIS, Respiratory, Perfusion, etc). Upon Hire Required


• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required


• ACLS Required
