Act as senior benefits consultant for the employee benefits experience to improve the executive and physician "high touch" programs and high-level issue resolution. Leverage historical, institutional, and industry knowledge to define and implement benefits delivery and support structure that meets the needs of diverse and growing workforce.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Seven (7)+ years of experience of progressive responsibility in designing, implementing and maintaining benefit plans and programs; managing vendors and coordinating annual enrollment and other employee facing events.
