Overview
Responsible for maintaining and repairing boilers and auxiliary equipment. Schedules and performs repairs, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Maintain required documentation with posted certifications and operating permits. Maintains the facility in accordance with guidelines and Life Safety Codes. Strong knowledge of NFPA 25, 70, 99, 72 and 110. Provide budget requests to management.

Qualifications
Education- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience- 5 years of experience as Boiler Tech Required
Licenses and Certifications- Power Engineering State License-Class 4 Preferred
- Underground Storage Tank Operator Class A Preferred
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Georgia driver’s license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria Preferred
