Works collaboratively with operational leaders with the project intake, design, implementation, and on-going success of Salesforce solutions. Monitor usability and user workflows to ensure solutions improve performance, foster accountability and meet internal and external customer expectations. The Salesforce Coordinator is also responsible for the training program(s) and ongoing end user support for Salesforce users at Piedmont Healthcare.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree Required or
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in a general business environment with project coordination or of administrative/clinical experience in a healthcare environment Required or
• In lieu of degree nine (9) years of experience in a general business environment with project coordination, or of administrative/clinical experience in a healthcare environment Required
• Experience working in Agile project methodology Preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce and MyTrailhead is desired

Licenses and Certifications

• None Required
• Salesforce Administration Certification Preferred
