Required Hours: Full Time 11am-9:30pm
Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.
Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions is desired.
