Supporting enterprise wide system(s) and IS project objectives. Provide expertise in the areas of design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of business applications. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality. Coordinates work and mentors less experienced analysts.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field Required or
• In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required

Work Experience

• 4 years of related product or service experience Required or
• In lieu of degree Total of 8 years of related product or service experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ITIL certification or relevant professional certifications Preferred
