Availability, functionality, cleanliness and distribution of Biomedical equipment. Lead technicians, providing assistance as needed and organizing workload. Ensuring that equipment inventory is maintained to meet the par levels of hospital departments and that the equipment decontamination process is performed correctly. Receiving, logging, attaching tracking tags and tracking calls for rental equipment requests and related service issues. Managing rental system database and data entry. Creating requisitions for invoice payments, database keypunch and customer service follow up.

• 3 years of experience in a customer service field or other related field Required
