Overview
Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate will answer incoming calls serving as First Call Resolution in order to address he appropriate course of action. The Patient Connection Center II Associate is responsible for pre-registering and scheduling patient encounters for provider services and utilizing excellent customer services standards.

Qualifications
Education- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience- 1 year of related customer facing experience Required
- Call center, patient scheduling and/or physician front office experience Preferred
