Investigates accounts missing documentation needed to complete coding and billing.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in health information management in an acute care setting or graduate of an HIM program Required
• Medical transcription experience Preferred
• Prior experience using Epic is Preferred
