Assist in-house Physician Recruiters to identify and assess potential physician candidates for predefined skillsets. In addition, the Sourcing Recruiter will create and implement sourcing strategies that will attract top talent and manage the candidate database of potential candidates.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. In lieu of, six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted Required
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university with major courses in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, the social sciences, or closely related field Required

Work Experience

• In lieu of degree One year of experience in recruitment or human resources. (a total of seven (7) years of recruitment experience) Required
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience Required
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred
