Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of training programs focused on outpatient systems and revenue cycle processes. This role involves leading a team of Principal Trainers, Application Training Specialists, Instructional Designers, Provider Support and Adoption specialists, Project Leads, and Training Coordinators to ensure effective training coordination, design, delivery, and support for end-users. The manager will drive user adoption, enhance system proficiency, and improve overall operational efficiency through comprehensive training initiatives. Involved in developing the strategy, designing, and executing on plan for training content, curriculum, and methods used to deliver exceptional system application training and support through optimal methods. Oversees various training methods that may include interactive eLearning, remote training, and classroom training to support initial and ongoing (usability) training programs. Responsible for managing the performance, mentoring, and developing the team that designs and delivers application training services to the organization. This position is responsible for the coordination of all Application Training Team Members, procedures, course design, course delivery, course scheduling/coordination, student tracking, provider support and adoption, project management, and eLearning development. This position is also responsible for coordinating the team’s activities to assist with product go-lives across the organization. Supports customers in all system changes and facilitates support programs to meet the needs of the end-users. Responsible for the effectiveness of our design, support, and delivery programs. Will be expected to measure the effectiveness of the programs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer technology or science, or related field required.
 
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing applications and computer-based training program development and support in the areas of patient care, business support, web-based applications, interfacing and reporting, or a closely related field is required.
 
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
 
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Three (3) years of management or supervisory work experience is preferred.
