This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of the Kronos T&A application, supporting Local System analysts and super users throughout Piedmont Healthcare, assisting with vendor or system issue resolution and assuring commonality in processes. This individual must understand the workings of Time and Attendance and Payroll applications. Works with local system Payroll, Human Resources, HRIS, IT, Super Users, T&D, Communications, People Soft System Analysts, Solutions Center Architects, and groups to support systems and applications, share “best practices”, maintain the system-wide strategy for standardization, ensure testing and validation is completed on all upgrades, etc. Ensures assigned systems reflect the work environment and procedures are built to department specifications. This position serves as the Point of Contact for Kronos.
