Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the upkeep and management of training environments that closely resemble production settings. This role involves addressing usability and ongoing training needs, collaborating with Healthcare Informatics and Clinical Application Teams, and ensuring the highest quality of training environments. Will lead and direct complex, large projects for all training environments; oversees and partner on smaller and medium projects.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in applications and computer-based training program development and support within patient care, business support, web-based applications, interfacing, and reporting, or a closely related field.
 
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
 
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Certification in Epic Application(s) is required.
• Prior experience managing training projects is required.
• Certification to manage and build training environments is required.
• Preferred: Three (3) years of prior experience managing a training environment
