RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Provides spiritual and pastoral support to patients, family members, visitors, and employees and provides supportive services to the community.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university and a Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Religion, Counseling, or related field required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of two (2) years pastoral experience required for On Call.
Minimum of four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education required. Ecclesiastical endorsement from the appropriate denomination required. Ordination preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Certification or certification eligible by pastoral care organization preferred.
