RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The primary role of Painter is to perform routine painting, wall covering and floor repairs or replacement. Assists with routine maintenance of the department. May perform preventative and/or corrective work orders. System responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance assignments, as well as responding to emergencies that arise. Additional responsibilities may include performing electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs. Responsible for taking on-call on a rotating basis to be available for emergencies when there is no on-site Plant Engineering coverage.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years painting experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Georgia driver?s license & adhere to Piedmont's ealthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria preferred. Experience working in a commercial or healthcare setting preferred. Technical school raining or
apprenticeship program preferred.
