RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and sanitizing areas, storage areas and the operation of the automatic dish machine and three compartment sink. Cleans and retrieves carts for the nursing units on a regular schedule, as needed. May support patient tray assembly by maintaining silverware, matting trays as well as working a station or other duties if needed. Works with team members to uphold department's high quality of the Nutrition and Dining Program.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
